Measures Taken due to COVID-19
With the pandemic spreading across the country, we at The Postbox are making sure all measures are taken to make sure our employees and customers are safe.
No Contact Delivery
Your package will be placed outside your address or 6ft from the customer. An OTP will be sent to the customer to confirm that they have received the package.
No Signature Required
There will be no physical contact with the OTM machines and it will not be handed over to the recipient. No signature is required. You will be asked for proof of ID to confirm your identity.
Employee Sanitising
Sanitising measures will be enforced very strictly at the warehouse. All packaging staff will be made to wear gloves and an N95 Mask. Periodic temperature checks will be done on every employee.
