Shipping Partners:
Our courier partners for all shipments within India is Blue Dart Express. For shipments outside India, we work with DHL Express. If in the event we ship out your product via a third party logistics partner, the same will be notified to you. 
Shipping Timeline: 

The fulfilment Time: 2 working days from the date of placing the order.

*If in the event there is a spike in the number of orders for a particular product, it could take upto 7 working days

Delivery timeline

For all orders within India,

2-3 working days from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email. For all states in the North East of India, it will take an additional 3 working days. 

For all orders outside India, 

5-8 working days from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Return:

We follow a strict three step quality control process between our Manufacturing Facility and our Logistics Team. However, there are chances of an occasional slip up from our end.

If your product is  damaged or if we have sent across a wrong product to you, please do the following. 

Email us at care@thepostbox.in stating your order number and the product you received. Please also send us a photograph of the same.

Call us on +91-9884502289 so that can we can address your case as soon as possible. Please note the working hours above. 

Once you have communicated with us, the following will be done. 

  • We will send across a fresh piece immediately. 
  • A return pick up will be initiated to pick up the damaged product in 7 working days. 

What is the criteria for a product to be called a damaged product?

  • Hardware not working (Zippers, pullers etc)
  • Material Damage - Leather has been ripped apart on the product. Liquid Stain Marks, Holes, Tears in our Fabrics and Inner lining Materials. 

What will not be accepted as a damaged product?

  • Dimensions of the product. 
  • Issue with the colour of the materials used in the product.
  • Issue with the colour of the Hardware used in the product.
  • Issue with feel of the Leather used in the product.

Do read below, If your product is not damaged but you still want to return or exchange the product since it didn't meet your exceptions. 

For customers within India: 

  • Send across an email to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. 
  • A return pickup will be initiated to pick up the product delivered to you. 
  • The moment we receive the product at our warehouse (Takes about 2-3 working days), we will send across the product of your choice. 
  • If there is a cost difference between the two products, either a refund will be processed immediately or we will bill it to you as a Cash on delivery. 

For customers outside India:

  • You will have to ship the product back to our warehouse address in India. The same has been mentioned below. 
  • Once we receive the product, we will ship out the product of your choice to you. Any cost difference between the two products, either a refund will be processed immediately or we will send you a payment gateway link via Paypal for the balance amount. 

If you would like a refund for the product you ordered,

  • Please send it across to our warehouse address mentioned below. 
  • Your refund will be initiated within 7 working days (Exclusive of shipping costs).

For customised orders:

  • We do not take back products which have been customised with initials. 
  • Once embossed with the your initials, the product cannot be sent to another customer if in the event you decide to cancel the order.
