Return Policy
- We have a 7 day - free return policy. Place a refund / exchange request for your order here - Initiate Product return / exchange
- Once placed, your request will be reviewed by our team within 24 - 48 business hours and approved if it follows the terms of return.
- A designated courier partner will pick up the product from your registered address. It can take upto 7 business days to pick up your product.
Terms of Return:
- The product will need to be in its original packaging at the time of return. If the product is damaged because of not adhering to the terms mentioned above, the refund will not be considered and the product will be shipped back to you as is.
- Refunds will not be entertained if the products have been used in the 7 day return period. This will be ascertained at the time of inspection of the return package.
- For COD orders: A convenience fee of Rs 100/- will be deducted from the refund / exchange value of the order.
- Samples Sale: No returns will be entertained for the sample sale.
- Customised Orders: No returns will be entertained for orders customised with initials.
- Gift-wrapped Orders: A convenience fee of Rs 100/- will be deducted from the refund / exchange value of the order.
Product Refunds
- Cash on Delivery orders: The processing time will be 10-12 business days post inspection of the package at the warehouse. Please give us your bank details via our customer care email - care@thepostbox.in. As mentioned above, the convenience fee of Rs 100/- will be deducted from the refund value of the order.
- For Online Payment Orders: The processing time will be 7 business days post inspection of the package at the warehouse. Refunds will be processed to the bank/credit account linked to your purchase on the website.
- For customised orders: No refunds or exchanges will be entertained.
Product Exchanges
- If you want to exchange your product for another product or the same product, please write to us within 7 business days of receiving your order. You can place a request here - Initiate Product Exchange
- If you would like the same product and not happy with what you received, email us at care@thepostbox.in stating your order number and the name of the product you received along with photographs.
- A fresh piece will be sent to you of the same product.
- A return pickup will be initiated within 48 hours of you addressing your exchange.
- If there is any cost difference between the two products, either a refund will be processed immediately or we will send you a payment gateway link via our payment gateway partners - Razorpay
- Please note that the product will need to be returned in its original packaging. The logistics team will inspect the piece upon receiving it and if it is found that the product is damaged because of not adhering to the terms mentioned above, the exchange will not be considered and the product will be shipped back to you as is.
- If you would like to return back an exchanged item upon delivery of the same, there will be a Rs 350/- charge that will be levied as delivery and pickup charges from the total order value.

- Shipping timeline post fulfillment of order - within India : 2-3 Business days
- Shipping timeline post fulfillment of order - outside India : Upto 14 Business days
- Customised orders : 7-10 Business days.
- If in the event there is a spike in the number of orders for a particular product, it could take upto 7 business days to fulfill your order.
International Shipping
- Express Shipping: Fedex / DHL / Aramex - Upto 14 business days
- Regular Shipping: India Post - 4-6 Business weeks
- Returns: We do not permit returns/refunds for international orders.
- Shipping & Customs charges: All associated shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Customs duty if any will need to be cleared by the recipient of the order.
