Hassel Free Product Return Policy
We take back returns free of cost within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
Please note that the product cannot be used in this timeframe and then returned back to us. Refunds will not be entertained in such cases.

If your product is damaged upon receiving it or if we have sent across a wrong product, please do the following,

Once you have communicated with us, the following will be done.
A fresh piece will be sent to you within 24 hours.
A return pickup will be initiated within 12 hours of you addressing your complaint.
For Cash on Delivery orders: We take 7 working days to process refunds.
For Prepaid Orders: We take 24 hours to process refunds.
For customised orders: No refunds or exchanges will be entertained.
For customers within India:
Send across an email to us within 14 working days of receiving the product.
A return pickup will be initiated to pick up the product delivered to you.
The moment we receive the product at our warehouse (Takes about 2-3 working days), we will send across the product of your choice.
If there is a cost difference between the two products, either a refund will be processed immediately or we will bill it to you as a Cash on delivery.
For customers outside India:
You will have to ship the product back to our warehouse address in India.
