Shipping within India: We have resumed shipping across India in Red, Orange and Green zones all across India. As per Government of India Guidelines, Shipments to containment zones will be decided at the state government level.
International Shipping: We are currently shipping to all countries.
That being said, please note the following.
- We are accepting orders online.
- We are accepting orders with Online payment and Cash on Delivery.
- All orders will be fulfilled from our warehouse in regular shipping timelines.

Where are you based out of?
We are based out of Chennai, India.
Do you use Genuine Leather or PU for your products?
All the leathers we use here are Genuine, Azo Free and naturally dyed, sourced from Tanneries accredited with gold standards in terms of their processes from start to finish. You can read more about it here - Our Leather
What is your return policy?
Hassle Free Return policy. You can initiate a return request within 14 days from the date of receiving the products and we will take care of the rest for you :) You can read more about it here - Order & Return policy
Who are your courier partners?
Shipments within India: Blue Dart Express
Shipments outside India:
- Fedex Express for all Express Shipments
- India Post for all Standard Shipments.
If in the event we use the services of an alternative courier partner the same will be communicated to you over email.
What is the delivery timeline for your products?
Standard fulfilment Time: 2 working days from the date of placing the order.
*If in the event there is a spike in the number of orders for a particular product, it could take upto 7 working days.
With COVID-19, there will be a shipping and logistics delay for some products by 5-7 working days.
Can we return a customised order?
No you can't return a customised order. The product made for these orders cannot be sent to another customer if in the event you cancel the order.
What is the Delivery timeline?
For all orders within India,
2-3 working days from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email. For all states in the North East of India, it will take an additional 3 working days.
For all orders outside India,
For Regular Shipping - 4 weeks from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email.
For Express Shipping - 7 working days from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email.
What does working days mean?
Working days here refer to Monday to Friday. It does not count weekends and public holidays in the respective countries.
Do you have a warranty on your products?
Yes we do. We have an exclusive 1 year warranty on your product from the date of purchase. You can read about it here - Our Warranty
How can I cancel an order I placed?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason you would like to cancel it. This has to be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation after that is treated as a refund.
Can I change an order I had placed for another product?
Yes you can. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and all details regarding the product you would like. Please do the same within 24 hours as your order might get shipped out.
