Do you use Genuine Leather or PU Leather for your products?

We use genuine nappa leathers. Our leathers are sourced from factories that follow REACH & LWG Standards. These are global standards for conservation of water and transparency of procuring the raw material from start to finish. You can read more about it here - Our Materials

What is your return policy?

We follow a transparent, hassle free return policy. You can Initiate a return/exchange for an order within 7 business days of receiving it. Read more here - Returns & Exchanges

How can I cancel an order placed?

Email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please mention your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Can I change a product of an order I placed with another product?

Yes you can. Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order with the product you would like. Any difference in amount will either be refunded or a payment link will be sent to your contact coordinates.

Do you have a warranty on your products?
