Delivery timeline within India : 2-3 working days.
Delivery timeline outside India: 5-7 working days.

If in the event there is a spike in the number of orders for a particular product, it could take upto 7 working days to fulfill.
A strict three step quality control process between our Manufacturing Facility and our Logistics Team. However due to the high volume of orders, there are chances of an occasional slip up from our end.
If your product is damaged or if we have sent across a wrong product to you, please do the following within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and the product you received along with photographs of the same.

Once you have communicated with us, the following will be done.
A fresh piece will be sent to you within 24 hours.
A return pickup will be initiated within 12 hours of you addressing your complaint.
What is the criteria for a product to be called a damaged product?
Hardware not working (Zippers, pullers etc)
Material Damage - Leather has been ripped apart on the product. Liquid Stain Marks, Holes, Tears in our Fabrics and Inner lining Materials.
What will not be accepted as a damaged product?
Dimensions or colour of the product.
Materials used including the nature of the leathers used.
For customers within India:
Send across an email to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. A return pickup will be initiated to pick up the product delivered to you. The moment we receive the product at our warehouse (Takes about 2-3 working days), we will send across the product of your choice. If there is a cost difference between the two products, either a refund will be processed immediately or we will bill it to you as a Cash on delivery.
For customers outside India:
You will have to ship the product back to our warehouse address in India. The same has been mentioned below. Once we receive the product, we will ship out the product of your choice to you. Any cost difference between the two products, either a refund will be processed immediately or we will send you a payment gateway link via Paypal for the balance amount.
Please send across the product to our warehouse address mentioned below within 24 hours. Your refund will be initiated within 7 working days.
For customised orders: No refunds or exchanges will be enterntained.
