About Sales at The Postbox

We are and will be a firm that engages our customers and clients with great product design and related niche services in the field of design and art. Conversations revolving around functionality, material use, durability along with a certain design sense and hue palette is what we talk about everyday as we keep prototyping and launching more products. We believe that our mission, which communicates an impact in terms of design in everyday life along with social value, should be communicated far and wide, across geographies.

About this role:

As a Sales Associate you will be directly responsible for driving our B2B sales, engaging with clients across versatile verticals through continuous consultation with our design team and support from our logistics team, customizing products and design services from The Postbox for each client tailored to their requirements.

Ideal candidates should have the ability to deal with the demands from multiple customers, the diligence to stay calm during high-pressure situations offering a quality client experience.

Should be dynamic, willing to experiment and come up with creative solutions with the help of the design team. He/she should stand up, take the bull by the horns, and have the necessary drive and focus to meet or exceed all targets set by the team within a specific period of time.

Solve any issue faced from the client’s end be it a delivery issue or a product issue swiftly and efficiently.

Be able to identify opportunities to improve existing products and customer experience.

Have the necessary aptitude to notice and work cross functionally with the product design team giving suggestions and recommendations on what businesses are looking out for.

Ideally you will need to have

  • Bachelors Degree in Sales & Marketing or +1 years of related experience in the field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MSWord/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to effectively multitask, executing efficiently each task in a fast paced environment
  • The willingness to travel around the country, executing multiple projects at the same time.

Fluency in English and Hindi, both oral and written, is essential
