A request for cancellation of an order has to be made within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.
- Upon cancellation of the order, you can either ask for Store credit or a full refund.
- Cancellation of orders will not be entertained once the product has been shipped from the warehouse.
- Each product at The Postbox is made with utmost care and precision.
- A three-step quality check process is followed before every product is shipped out from our warehouse.
- Our products are made with materials, which are tried and tested across different weather conditions and periods of time.
A reverse pick up for your product can be initiated from our end only if it falls under the following cases:
- The Product you received is damaged.
- The Product you received is not what you have ordered for.
If it meets any of the above cases mentioned, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs of the product you have received.
A reverse pick up for your product WILL NOT can be initiated from our end if it falls under the following cases:
- The size of the product is bigger or smaller than what you expected.
- The color of the product is not what you expected.
- The Person you are gifting it to does not like the product.
- You want to exchange the product you have received with another product.
If it meets any of the above cases mentioned, you will have to ship the product out from your end and send across an email to us with the tracking id.
Refunds & Store Credit:
- Refunds will only be issued if in the event the product we have shipped is damaged or is the wrong product.
- Store credit will be issued if in the event you would like to exchange the product or you would like to return the product at your own will.

- Payment processed through Cash on Delivery
For orders processed through cash on delivery we take upto 10 working days from the date of final confirmation of your refund through email.
- Payment processed through net-banking/credit card/debit card
For orders processed through net-banking/credit card/debit card we take up-to 72 hours from the date of final confirmation of your refund through email.
Our collaborations consist of both product designers.
As for Product designers, please read below.
- With respect to product designers we only facilitate the sale of their products through our website.
- The Postbox doesn't manufacture any of the products under the product design labels.
- A quality assurance check is done from their end before the products are handed over to us to be packaged.
