Do you Ship to my City & Location?

  • We currently deliver all over India. 

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • 3-5 working days unless specified otherwise on the respective product page. 

How can I place a bulk order?

  • To Place a bulk order with The Postbox, please email us at corporate@thepostbox.in 
  • We currently allow for customisation only on certain products. 

What warranty does The Postbox have for its products?

  • For Leather goods - Up to 1 Year on all the Hardware used ie Zippers & Pullers.
  • For Home Ware & Home Decor - Up to 6 months. This doesn't include breakage due to mishandling. 

What is the policy if you do not like the product? 

If we send across a damaged product or a product which is not as mentioned on the product page in terms of dimensions and colour, we will initiate a return pick up and pick it up from you. 

If we send across a product in perfect condition ie in terms of look, dimension and colour and you are not happy with it, you can return the product back to our warehouse at this address:

Upon receiving the product, we will transfer the full amount minus the shipping costs. Logistics is costly in India and we are determined to be a self-sustainable business. Please understand where we come from. 

Is there a first-time customer discount coupon? 

  • All the products at The Postbox are made with Genuine care for quality and consistency. The Hardware we use is some of the best available in the market and our materials are selected after multiple rounds of testing the same under different conditions. 
  • At this point in time, we don't have a first-time customer discount coupon unless of course, you register your Email Id with us which you can do on our home page. 

What are the payment options?

  • Payment at The Postbox can either be an Online Transaction through our Payment gateway or by selecting Cash on Delivery.  

What are the Terms & Conditions of a Clearance Sale? 

  • The Goods being sold follow the same warranty which is issues otherwise. 
  • Exchange of Goods is not allowed. 
  • The Products which are sold are not rejected pieces and have gone through a proper Quality check.
